Een intergenerationeel woonproject wordt op de site langs de Memlingstraat dwars over het terrein ingeplant.

De strategische plaatsing van het bouwvolume vrijwaardt de openbare ruimte en splitst de site op in twee delen. Enerzijds ontstaat er een pleintje dat aansluit op de autoluwe as, anderzijds definieert het gebouw een nieuwe groene zone.

Alle appartementen zijn doorzonwoningen en hebben een Zuidelijk gericht terras.

An intergenerational housing project is implemented crossways on the site in the Memlingstraat.

This strategic positionening of the building guarantees the preservation of public space and divides the plot into two parts.

A small urban square, linked to the semi-carfree zone arises in front of the building. On the other side, the building defines a new public green space.

All apartments receive deep sunlight penetration and have terraces facing south.
